Sandro Mansur Gibran has a PhD in economic and socio-environmental law (2009) and a master’s in social and economic law (2003) from the Pontifical Catholic University of Paraná. He graduated in law (JD) from the Faculty of Law of Curitiba (1996). Gibran is a lawyer and a professor of business law at the Center for Legal Studies of Paraná (CEJPR) at the School of Federal Magistracy of Paraná (ESMAFE/PR), and at the Brazilian Academy of Constitutional Law (ABDConst). He is a visiting professor at the University of Industry of the Federation of Industries of the State of Paraná (UNINDUS), and a permanent professor in the master’s and doctoral program in business law and citizenship at UniCuritiba. He completed a post-doctoral internship at the Federal University of Paraná (2015–17). He has experience in corporate business law, the social function of business activity, corporate business, and conscious and sustainable consumption. He is currently president of the Law and Religious Freedom Commission of the Brazilian Bar Association–Paraná Section (2022–24).
