Mücahit Aydin

Rapporteur-Judge, Constitutional Court of Turkey
Dr. Mücahit Aydin completed an SJD in corporate law at the University of Kansas School of Law in 2014. Upon graduation he was recruited by the Constitutional Court of Turkey as a Rapporteur-Judge. Focusing on human rights law, Dr. Aydin served in several positions at the Court, including as deputy secretary general. Currently he is on sabbatical leave and conducts research on crowdfunding at the University of Kansas School of Law.
