Deputy National Director of Religious Affairs
Josina da Graça Simone Sitoe Macia has a bachelor’s degree in educational sciences with a specialty in cognitive development psychology from the Catholic University of Mozambique. She completed a master’s degree in curricular and instructional development at Eduardo Mondlane University and a master’s degree in peace, war, and economic development at Higher Institute of Defense Studies. Da Graca holds a PhD in educational sciences from the University of Évora in Portugal. She served as commander of the Escola Pratica Penitenciaria. She is a professor at the Academy of Police Sciences, professor at the Higher Institute of Defense Studies, and professor at Wutivi University. She participated in several activities to develop the training curriculum and currently works as deputy national director at the National Directorate of Religious Affairs.
