George Walters-Sleyon is a McDonald Distinguished Fellow at the Center for the Study of Law and Religion at Emory University. He is also an adjunct professor at Bunker Hill Community College (Boston). George earned his Ph.D. from the University of Edinburgh (UK), where he also served as a Tutor at the School of Law and the School of Divinity. He has an MDiv. and a postgraduate master ― S.T.M. from Boston University with interdisciplinary training in Philosophy, Religion/Theology, Ethics, Comparative Criminal Justice (US/UK), and Criminology. George is the author of the book: Locked Up and Locked Down: Multitude Lingers in Limbo Revised Edition.
