Director Asociado del Centro Internacional de Estudios de Derecho y Religión de la Universidad de Brigham Young en Provo, Utah, este Centro se dedica al derecho eclesiástico comparado del Estado y a la libertad religiosa internacional. Se graduó con un doctorado en Historia de la Universidad de Cambridge y tiene el grado de Juris doctor de la Universidad de Brigham Young. Gaby Doxey trabaja como Asesor Asociado del Poder Legislativo del Estado de Utah y como Asesor Jurídico y Jefe de Gabinete del Gobernador del mismo Estado. Es autor y coautor de varios artículos y ha sido ponente en muchos congresos en varios países.

Associate Director of the International Center for Studies in Law and Religion at Brigham Young University in Provo, Utah, this Center is dedicated to comparative ecclesiastical law of the State and international religious freedom. He graduated with a doctorate in history from the University of Cambridge and holds a Juris Doctor degree from Brigham Young University. Gary Doxey works as Associate Counsel to the Legislative Branch of the State of Utah and as General Counsel and Chief of Staff to the Governor of the same State. He is the author and co-author of several articles and has been a speaker at many conferences in various countries.
