Wayne Petty has served as Chairman of the Real Estate Section of the Utah State Bar, Chairman of the Environmental Control Committee, and as a Bar Examiner for the Utah State Bar.  His real estate practice has included representing landlords, developers, and negotiating leases with Albertson’s, Inc., Wendy’s, Big 5 Sports and others.  He has represented lenders as well as borrowers.  Wayne received his B.A. from the University of Utah and his J.D. from the University of Utah Law School.

Robyn Petty worked for the Salt Lake School District for many years in the Curriculum and Assessment Department. She also taught English in a junior high school for seven years. Robin received her Bachelor of Arts with a teaching degree from Brigham Young University in English and Humanities. Robyn and Wayne live in Salt Lake City, and are the parents of four children.
