Wayne Hancock has retired as vice president and general counsel of Dow Chemical Co. and served in several leadership capacities within the company over many years. Wayne received a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Brigham Young University and a juris doctorate from the University of Arizona. He served in the Judge Advocate General branch of the U.S. Air Force for four years and practiced law for six years in Phoenix before joining Dow. He and his wife, Connie, have eight children.
