Victoria Carlton grew up in Mona, Utah. Upon graduation from high school she also graduated from Utah Valley University with her associate’s degree. After high school, Victoria continued her education at Utah Valley University, and during that time she was a part of the UV Mentor Program both as a Mentor and then as the Service Team Lead; additionally, she was a part of the Volunteer & Service-Learning Center student board as a student coordinator. She graduated from Utah Valley University in 2012 with a bachelor’s degree in Political Science with emphasis in International Relations. Victoria is currently a second-year law student at BYU Law School. She enjoys reading, art history, calligraphy, swimming, and being with her family.
