Tom is the Managing Partner of the Thomas & Mack Co., an investment management and commercial real estate development company, and has managed the company since 1992. The company owns and operates over 4 million sq. ft. of office and light industrial properties in Las Vegas as well as commercial and residential real estate developments in California, Arizona, and Utah. The Company represents a 60-year, four generation partnership between the Thomas and Mack families. Tom holds a J.D. from the University of Utah College of Law and a B.A. in Finance from the University of Utah. He is also a graduate of the National Graduate Trust School. Tom currently serves on many boards and councils.

Leslie and her husband, Tom, are co-chairs of the BYU Broadcasting Leadership Council. She is currently a teacher of morning seminary. Leslie received her law degree from the J. Reuben Clark Law School at BYU, and graduated in International Relations from the same university. She served a mission in the Canada Halifax mission. Leslie and Tom have five children and three grandchildren.
