Sue Garff served as the Matron of the Manhattan New York Temple of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. She also served with her late husband, Blair, where he was the mission president of the Nigeria Enugu Mission. In Scarsdale, New York, Sue was a member of the Junior League of Northern Westchester County, and chairman of fundraising. She graduated from Southern Illinois University in Health and Physical Education. Sue attended the University of Utah. She grew up in Salt Lake City, Utah. Blair recently passed away due to Coronavirus complications. He had retired as Managing Director of Morgan Stanley Investment Management. They are the parents of four sons and two daughters, and grandparents of twenty.
