Saskia Ochoa Perez Contreras is a wife and mother who, together with her husband, has pastored a congregation of the Assemblies of God in Santo Domingo East for more than 12 years. She is a lawyer who holds a degree in theology, and she specializes in international relations and foreign service. She is currently pursuing a master’s degree in public administration and management. She has served the Lord Jesus Christ since the age of 11, holding different leadership positions in her council. She has been a public servant for almost 20 years, working in different agencies of the Dominican state. She recently directed the executive branch’s liaison office with the evangelical community. She is also a community leader, leading the Community Development Council of the Prados de San Luis community, where she works hand in hand with the neighborhood councils. Through the neighborhood councils she works for equity, justice, and the community’s common good.
