Rosângela Moro, Congresswoman, Federal Chamber of Deputies
Rosangela Wolff Moro is the federal deputy for São Paulo, Brazil. She has been a lawyer since 1997 and has extensive experience in public law and the third sector. She received a postgraduate degree in tax law and was attorney for the National Federation of APAES from 2013 to 2021 and for the State of Paraná from 2009 to 2022. Moro also advocated for several other associations. In the Chamber of Deputies, she is part of the permanent commissions for health, constitution, justice, and citizenship and for the defense of the rights of people with disabilities. She is the author of the books Rare Diseases and Public Policies: Understanding, Receiving, and Attending (2020) and Legal Regime of Partnerships and Civil Society Organizations and Public Administration (2016).
