Robert C. Horne is a CPA, a real estate broker, and a new car dealership owner. He attended Brigham Young University, and graduated from ASU with an accounting degree. He also served in the Arizona National Guard. Robert has served in many leadership capacities in the Church. He was born and raised in Mesa, Arizona.

Cheryl K. Horne assisted her husband, Robert, with their businesses. She worked in a law firm for seven years, and attended college. Cheryl has served in many leadership capacities in the Church. She was born and raised in Mesa, Arizona. She and Robert are the parents of eight children.
