As an attorney, Rick Durfee represents high net worth families throughout the country for Multi-Generation Estate and Business Succession Planning, focusing on protecting the family. He is a nationally known speaker, and has been featured at the Money Show, the FreedomFest, and the Financial Planning Association. He is the founding director of Arizona Bank and Trust. Rick has served on the Board of Gilbert Chamber of Commerce and on the Planned Giving Committees for Chandler Regional Hospital, the Arthritis Foundation, and the Advocates Council for the Arizona School of Health Sciences. He is the CEO and Chairman of Legacy Global Foundation, Inc. He has served as a Judge Pro Tem in Maricopa County. In addition to his law degree, Rick has a Bachelor of Arts in Asian Language (Japanese/Chinese), and a Master of Arts in Religious Studies.

Janel Durfee is an Investment Advisor Representative and COO with Wealth Resource Investment Advisors. She is also a Cranial Sacral Therapist (CST). Janel is President of Gilbert Fine Arts Association, and has been the producer of Gilbert Fine Arts Association youth productions since 2003. She has been a volunteer Vice-President of Legacy Global Foundation since 2001. She graduated from ASU in Family Studies. Janel and Rick have been heavily involved in the Scouting program for many years. They are the proud parents of eight children and grandparents of 12.
