Randy Cone runs the UBS Cone Institutional Consulting Group operating out of Washington, DC. He is the primary financial advisor and investment consultant to fiduciary boards, wealthy families and their family foundations regarding all of the complex issues surrounding their investment portfolios, IPS, and mission statements. He also serves as an investment performance analyst and strategist to a select clientele. Randy is a Certified Investment Management Analyst CIMA and an Accredited Investment Fiduciary. He serves on the Board of Trustees of the Institute for Islamic, Christian, and Jewish Studies, the C&O Canal Trust, and the William O. Douglas Society.

Lisa Cone serves as the Program Director for the National Campaign to Stop Violence (NCSV) and its “Do the Write Thing” Challenge initiative that was established by The Kuwait America Foundation. In that role, she works with leaders across the country as well as government offices in Washington, DC regarding youth violence. When their children young, she was actively engaged in church, school, and community service, experience she now uses in NCSV. Lisa and Randy are parents of six children and seven grandchildren.
