Noel Vallejo is the CEO and visionary architect of TestOut, a provider and developer of online IT certification training. He leads the company’s strategic initiatives, identifies market opportunities, and drives product direction. Noel earned a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Brigham Young University and an MBA from the University of Phoenix.
