Mukhammadolim Mukhammadsidikov graduated from Tashkent Islamic Institute (TII) in 1994. Nearly 30 years later he became the rector of TII and deputy chairman of the Office of Muslims of Uzbekistan for Youth Affairs. He is a member of the supreme governing bodies of the Office of Muslims of Uzbekistan—the Council of Scholars and the Supreme Committee. From 2002 to 2017, he held various senior-level positions in his department. From 2017 to 2018, he was the head of the Religious Education Department of the Committee on Religious Affairs in Uzbekistan. From 2018 to 2023, he was vice rector of the International Islamic Academy of Uzbekistan for Youth Affairs and professor of the International Relations and Social Sciences department. Professor Muhammadsidikov attended Cairo State University and Tashkent State Institute of Oriental Studies, receiving degrees in political science, economics, and international relations. In 2020 he received the title of professor. He has published more than 150 scientific works, 5 textbooks, 10 training manuals, and 5 monographs.
