Mike Maxfield has spent his career in accounting and finance management positions at Arthur Andersen LLP, Hewlett Packard Enterprise, and as Treasurer on the board of directors at iFoster, a non-profit specializing in providing resources and opportunities for foster children. He received his Masters and Bachelors of Accountancy degrees at Brigham Young University in 1992. Kelly graduated from Brigham Young University with a degree in Family Health Sciences and a minor in Gerontology.

Prior to graduating from BYU, Kelly Maxfield served a mission in the England Leeds Mission and afterwards studied at the BYU Jerusalem Center. Kelly is currently a ward missionary and enjoys raising their four children.
