Madi Moss grew up in Pleasant Grove, Utah, and served a mission for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in Mississippi. She graduated from BYU with a major in English and minors in creative writing and Russian. She taught international research and diplomacy as a teaching assistant for BYU’s Model United Nations program, which led to her love for international human rights. As a student fellow for the International Center for Law and Religion Studies in 2018, she worked in the Office of General Counsel in Accra, Ghana. She joined the Student Executive Committee for the 2018 International Law and Religion Symposium and is excited to return for the 2019 Symposium. Madi and her husband, Blake, are the happy parents of a baby girl.
