Kim R. Wilson has spent his entire legal career at Snow, Christensen & Martineau in Salt Lake City where he was a senior attorney. He served many years, by appointment of the Utah Supreme Court, as Chairman of the Ethics and Discipline Committee of the Utah State Bar. Kim is a founding member and Chairman of the Board of Trustees of Ensign Peak Foundation and Mormon Historic Sites Foundation. He is involved in civic affairs and serves on a number of other non-profit, professional and community boards. Kim is a 1973 graduate of the S. J. Quinney School of Law.
Gail Miller is the owner of the Larry H. Miller Group of Companies and is Chairman of the Board of Directors of Larry H. Miller Management Company. She is actively involved in many business, civic, and educational endeavors. She is the Chairman of the Board of Trustees of Salt Lake Community College and serves on the National Advisory Council at the University of Utah and the President’s Leadership Council at BYU. She is co-chair of the Salt Lake City Mayor’s Commission on the Homeless and serves on the Board of Trustees of Intermountain Healthcare and the Board of Directors of Zions Bank.
