Joseph Brubaker assists companies in taking products, services, intellectual property, and businesses globally. With extensive regulatory and litigation experience with governments worldwide, he helps U.S. companies successfully expand internationally and helps foreign companies invest in the U.S. market. He has lived in England, France, Israel, Mongolia, and Russia. In addition to teaching courses on international law, he has practiced law in New York and Washington, D.C., and he currently serves on the Board of the World Trade Center Utah, on the Utah Advisory Committee for the U.S. Global Leadership Coalition, on the Utah District Export Council, and as chair of the Int’l Section of the Utah Bar. He received his Bachelor of Arts from the University of Utah, his Juris Doctor from Columbia Law School, and his Master of Laws from Cambridge University.
Kimberly Brubaker is a proud mother of four children. She has worked as a development officer at Children’s Miracle Network in Salt Lake City, worked for Columbia University as its international development officer in New York, and studied the culinary arts at Le Cordone Bleu in Paris. She completed her undergraduate and graduate studies at the University of Utah in Business Marketing and Political Communications.
