Jonathan McEachran and his wife have invested in residential, commercial, and industrial real estate across Ontario and in student housing in Rexburg, Idaho. They developed a successful industrial rail service center where they specialized in switching and storing railcars and transloading Hazmat goods for Exxon Mobil, Shell, and other neighboring manufacturers. In 2017 they sold the VIP group of companies. Jon started VIP Rail with his father in Sarnia, Ontario Canada. Jon is active in politics and continues to volunteer on several not-for-profit boards. After graduation, he worked in the insurance industry. Jon received his BS in Political Science, minor in History, and a certificate in International Relations from the University of Utah; and also graduated from Ricks College.
Jeanette McEachran has a passion for natural medicine and homeopathic practices. She is a stay at home mom. Together they are raising their five children between the ages of five and twenty. She and Jon started off managing properties while they were students at the University. After graduation, Jeanette worked in real estate.
