Joe W. Neff is a retired partner at PricewaterhouseCoopers, where he held numerous management positions. He is the cofounder and chairman of NEFF, a youth-oriented accessories brand. Joe has served as an adjunct professor at BYU, the University of Southern California, and DePaul University. He is the coauthor of five accounting/finance textbooks and is a frequent guest lecturer around the country. Joe was co-editor of the American Bar Association State Taxation Journal. He served as president of the New York/Pennsylvania Historic Sites for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. Joe earned his bachelor’s degree from BYU and his JD from Drake/Southwestern University.
Karen Neff attended Brigham Young University. She and her husband, Joe, have four children and many grandchildren.
