On May 11, the Pontifical Foundation “Aid to the Church in Need” in Spain will celebrate the II Religious Freedom in the World Day. Massimo Introvigne, Italian sociologist and writer, will receive the Religious Freedom Defense Award “for his unconditional defense of the freedoms and rights of religious minorities.”
The Italia sociologist will close the II Religious Freedom in the World Day with a conference titled “The defense of persecuted Christians in the European institutions.”
The Episcopal Delegation on Culture of the diocese of Madrid and Cadena COPE are co-organizers of these events.
