Gary S. Baughman is currently a private investor, having been associated with a number of private equity (and debt) firms over the years. He spent much of his career managing public and private companies including Petmate, Fisher-Price, Tyco Toys, Little Tikes, Evenflo Products, and Stiffel Lamps. He has also served on a variety of public, private, industry, academic, and charitable boards. Throughout his career, Gary has held a number of leadership positions in the Church including Stake President in Western New York and Mission President in Budapest, Hungary. He and Marilyn have been members of the Marriott School’s National Advisory Council (NAC) since 1992.

Marilyn C. Baughman has served with her husband from 2009-2012 as he presided over the Hungary Budapest Mission. She is a member and past chairwoman of the Spouse Organization of the Marriott’s NAC. She has served in a number of school and community organizations. Marilyn is a graduate of Brigham Young University. She and Gary are the parents of four children and twelve grandchildren.
