Fábio Nascimento is a Brazilian lawyer with a master’s degree (LLM) in comparative law from Brigham Young University; postgraduate degrees in international law, civil law, and theology; and an MBA. He is a member of the International Service and Outreach Committee of the J. Reuben Clark Law Society. He formerly served as a member of the National Committee of Respect to Religious Diversity in the Human Rights Secretariat of the President of Brazil. Nascimento is a member of the Law and Religious Freedom Commission of the Brazilian National Bar Association (OAB Federal). He works with international transactions at Kirton McConkie in Salt Lake City, Utah, USA. He is married and has four children.
