Ed Rowe is a partner at Picard Kentz and Rowe, LLP. He practices international arbitration and dispute resolution, public international law, and international trade and investment. Previously he was a partner at Dewey & LeBoeuf, LLP, and was a senior resident attorney in offices of U.S. law firms in Azerbaijan, Ethiopia, and Belgium. Ed received a BA from Brigham Young University, magna cum laude, and MA and JD degrees from the University of Chicago. Brooke is an elementary reading interventionist at American Heritage School. She received an MS in education as a K-12 reading specialist from National Louis University and a BS in elementary education from Brigham Young University. Ed and Brooke are the parents of five children.
