Director of Legal Affairs, Canadian Centre for Christian Charities
Deina Warren, LLB, LLM, is the director of legal affairs at the Canadian Centre for Christian Charities (CCCC), where she advises on a broad range of charity, tax, and regulatory matters as well as religious freedom and human rights laws. She also engages in government consultation and advocacy. Prior to joining CCCC, her practice focused largely on constitutional and human rights law, with a focus on religious freedom. She has served as counsel in trial and appeal courts, including interventions before the Supreme Court of Canada. Her spare time is spent reading biographies, baking, and exploring local trails with her husband and three daughters.
