David Nearon, an attorney in the David A. Nearon Professional Law Corporation, is a certified specialist of probate, estate planning and trust law. David attended the Wharton School at University of Pennsylvania, and received a BS degree from The Haas School of Business at Berkeley, a JD from the University of San Francisco, and an MS in business at San Jose University. David was born and raised in the San Francisco Bay Area.

Linda Nearon has a passion for oil painting, and is an award-winning artist. She and David served a mission for the LDS Church in Moscow, Russia. Linda graduated from the University of Utah, and was born and raised in Salt Lake City. Linda and David reside in California and have four children and twelve grandchildren.
