Clemente Aruquipa Carlo is an Evangelical pastor. He earned a diploma in humanities with experience in foreign trade, marketing, and Aymara. He has extensive work experience in business and government. In 2012 he became the principal pastor of Congregación Cristiana Paz en la Casa De Dios. Over the next 10 years, he held various positions with Evangelical churches and organizations in which he sought to strengthen life, family, and country. His roles and affiliations include national president of Congregación Cristiana Paz en La Casa de Dios; board member for Iglesias Evangélicas Unidas de Bolivia; board member for Iglesias Evangélicas Unidas de Bolivia; spokesperson and Evangelical representative to Plataforma Por La Vida y La Familia; president and spokesperson for Consejo Nacional Cristiano por El Derecho a La Vida, La Familia y La Libertad; and principal pastor of Ekklesia Internacional Usa El Alto.
