Battsengel Asralt

Battsengel Asralt holds the title of Geshe in Buddhist philosophy. Born in Ulaanbaatar in 1978, he was ordained as a monk at Gandantegchenling Monastery in 1990 following Mongolia’s transition to democracy. From 1992 to 2002, he engaged in rigorous study of Buddhist philosophy at Drepung Gomang Monastery in South India, where he was conferred the title of Parchin Rabjampa.
