Costs:
The conference cost of $40 includes CLE credit (credit must be applied for). Lunch is also available both Monday and Tuesday for an additional cost of $15 per meal at your request. Payment may be made at the door upon arrival at the Symposium, or by one of the methods listed below.
Students may attend the Symposium free of charge.
Registration Options:
Option 1: Complete the online form and then send a check for the total amount ($40 plus meals, if desired) payable to Brigham Young University to the following address: Attn: Accounting Office 367 JRCB Provo, UT 84602.
Option 2: Fill out the printer friendly version of the registration form. Mail completed form to: Brigham Young University Attn: Accounting Office 367 JRCB Provo, UT 84602 or fax completed form to (801) 422-0401.
Option 3: Fill out and submit either the online form or the printer friendly version and fax credit card information to (801) 422-0401.
Option 4: Payment may also be made at the door upon arrival at the Symposium.
