Alejandro Gonzalez-Varas

Alejandro González-Varas is a Professor of Public Law in the School of Law of the University of Zaragoza (Spain). He received the Real Colegio de España Fellowship, founded in Bologna (Italy) in 1369. He earned a  PhD in Law at the University of Bologna and a second PhD in Law at the University of Vigo. He joined the Universidad Complutense (Madrid) as an assistant professor, and then he became a professor at the University of Zaragoza. He has been awarded fellowships to develop research stays in European and American Universities, and he has taught in foreign universities. He is the author of seven books and more than a hundred articles and chapters of books.
