David is the managing partner of Milestone Holdings, a privately held real estate investment company and is the former co-president of Nearon Enterprises. He is also the former Manager of Acquisitions at Bechtel Investments Realty. David earned his bachelor’s degree in financial planning from Brigham Young University and his master’s degree in Business Administration from Yale School of Management. He has worked with ICLRS since 2002, and served for many years as the Chair of the Center’s International Advisory Council.

Mary studied nutrition as an undergraduate at Brigham Young University. She and David established the David S. and Mary H. Christensen Endowed Fund for the ICLRS to support the Center’s activities and programs associated with Oxford University in England. Mary and David have six children and three grandchildren.
