Silvia Consuelo Godoy Rubio
Attorney General’s Assistant, Procuraduria General de la Republica de Honduras
Silvia Consuelo Godoy Rubio was born in the city of Tegucigalpa, Honduras. She graduated with
a law degree from the National Autonomous University of Honduras and earned a license in
juridical and social sciences from the same institution. She has studied national and international
arbitration and currently works in the Attorney General’s Office of the Republic of Honduras,
serving as assistant to the attorney general. Previously, she was an external consultant at the
Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations and an attorney of the Courts of the
Republic in the private practice of law.
