Wilfred Dimingu

General Secretary, Zimbabwe Council of Churches, Zimbabwe

Rev. Wilfred Dimingu is an ordained minister of religion in the Methodist Church in Zimbabwe. He is the current general secretary of the Zimbabwe Council of Churches and secretary general of the Zimbabwe Interreligious Council. Prior to his current appointment, he held the following positions in the Methodist Church: education secretary, district bishop, and synod secretary. He holds a master’s degree in theology, leadership, and administration; a master’s in business leadership; and a bachelor of arts with honors in theology and religious studies. His research interests are religion and social transformation, religion leadership, and religion and social justice.
