Paulina Corominas Etchegaray

Paulina Corominas Etchegaray is a Mexican lawyer with 25 years of experience in the field of human rights. She graduated from the School of Law at Universidad Panamericana in Mexico City and holds a master’s degree in fundamental rights from Universidad Carlos III in Madrid. Additionally, she has received various course certificates and diplomas in human rights and mediation. Prior to her current role, she dedicated 14 years to the Inter-American Commission on Human Rights and served with the National Commission on Human Rights in Mexico. Since January 2021, Ms. Corominas has led the Civil Society Relations Section of the Secretariat for Access to Rights and Equity of the Organization of American States, where she plays a pivotal role as the liaison between the organization and diverse civil society groups and social actors.
