Yasmely Moreno Fernández-Nespral earned her degree in law from the University of Havana, Cuba, graduating in 2012. That same year, she began working as a legal advisor at the Technical Industrial Services Company, a position she held until 2017. She then joined the Santos Suárez Collective Law Firm, part of the National Organization of Collective Law Firms, where she currently works. She focuses on advising and representing individuals and entities in civil, administrative, family, labor, agrarian, and corporate matters. She has been recognized multiple times as the top lawyer in her firm. She has presented at international conferences on agrarian law and advocacy and has taught advanced courses in agrarian law. Since her graduation, she has continually pursued professional development in these areas.
