Rubén Revello

Father Rubén Revello is a diocesan priest of the Lomas de Zamora clergy; he was ordained on 4 August 1989. He serves as the pastor of the Basilica and Sanctuary of the Holy Family of Nazareth in Banfield. He holds a licentiate in moral theology from the Universidad Católica Argentina (UCA) and a doctorate in medical sciences from the same institution. He is also a specialist in bioethics, which he studied at the Università del Sacro Cuore in Rome. Father. Revello is the director of the bioethics institute at the Faculty of Medical Sciences of UCA, and he teaches both undergraduate and postgraduate courses there. He also teaches postgraduate courses at the Faculty of Law at the University of Buenos Aires. He is a member of the Pontifical Academy for Life, the ethics committee of the National Academy of Medicine, and the international council of the Faculty of Bioethics at Anáhuac University, Mexico. He is vice president of the International Federation of Personalist Bioethics and director of the journal Vida y Ética at UCA. He has authored numerous articles and books on bioethics and is a guest lecturer at universities across Latin America, Italy, and the United Kingdom.
