Gisele Ndaya, President of the Board of Directors, National Solidarity and Humanitarian Disaster Management Fund
Gisèle Ndaya earned a diploma in theology from the Kananga Biblical Theological Institute, a master’s degree in marketing economics with a specialization in political party management from UN Academia, and a PhD in international relations and diplomacy from the Vasco da Gama European Institute of Diplomacy and International Relations. She also holds a degree in marketing from ISC/Kinshasa. Ndaya served as national secretary of the CDT political party for Kasai and Bandundu provinces and later became the national president of CDTU party. She has been president of the NGO As-Deprojef since 2009 and a provincial representative of the Church Kingdom of Priests in Kasai Oriental since 2006. Ndaya served as president of the “FLVP” Women Leader and Political Vision in 2016, president of the Strategic Commission of the Provincial Council of Women in Kasaï-Oriental in 2015, and minister of family and child gender from 2021 to 2023. She was the first vice-coordinator of Dynafec in 2019 and was a candidate for provincial and national deputation in Mbuji-Mayi in 2018. Additionally, she was the first vice-president of the AAB/FCC political grouping in 2018 and head of the Greater Kasai Caucus during the 2018 AAB group election.
