Susan is active in church affairs and being a mother. She is grateful to be a part of the IAC in helping promote religious freedom throughout the world. In April of 2018, Susan’s husband, Bart, passed away while skiing of a sudden cardiac event. Susan taught at Bryant Jr. High School for six years, prior to raising her four children. She also served as a welfare services mission in Chile, and at the Utah State Department of Health. Susan graduated from BYU with her master’s and bachelor’s degrees in the health field. She was raised in the Bay Area and was born in Salt Lake City.
