Documents, Interpretation and Media
Rusty Griggs is from Murray, Utah. He received his bachelor’s degree in computer engineering from the University of Utah in 2017. Rusty also served a two-year mission for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in Tampico, Mexico. He feels strongly about the right to practice his religion and believes that all people should have the same right regardless of what their beliefs may be. Rusty decided to attend law school at BYU largely because of the Law School’s association with the International Center for Law and Religion Studies.
This summer, Rusty worked for law firms in Boulder, Colorado, and Washington, DC. He enjoys participating in the Law and Religion Symposium and is serving this year on the documents, interpretation and media team. A fan of both sports and the symphony, Rusty also uses his free time for mountain biking, learning, and spending time with his fiancee, McCall.
