Rulon and Jacque recently served a mission for the Church as Public Relations Specialists in Switzerland. Rulon is the Founder and Managing Shareholder of Bogin Munns and Munns, P.A. for forty years. He served as an Area Seventy for the LDS Church, and was President of the LDS Japan Sapporo Mission. He is currently serving a a stake patriarch. Rulon received his J.D. from the J. Reuben Clark Law School, and graduated with his bachelors degree from Brigham Young University.

Jacque has been actively involved with the “Feeding Children Everywhere” organization. She served in their stake’s Public Affairs activities. Jacque graduated from Willamette University in Salem, Oregon. She and Rulon are the parents of five children.
