David Nearon, Jr. practices law in California with offices in Walnut Creek and Palo Alto. He also serves as a corporate director of Nearon Enterprises, a private multi-state commercial real estate investment and development company. David is designated as a Certified Specialist by the California Board of Legal Specialization in probate, estate planning and trust law. He received his J.D. from the J. Rueben Clark Law School at BYU, his MBA from the Marriott School of Management at BYU, his bachelor’s degree in geography from the University of California, Berkeley.

Tiffany currently teaches early morning seminary for the LDS Church. She served a church mission in Buenos Aires, Argentina. Tiffany graduated from Brigham Young University with a degree in English. She grew up in Los Angeles, California. Tiffany and David are the parents of four children.
